These boys might not have their driver's licenses yet, but who needs a car when you can rock out like legends? Elliot Roden on vocals, Oliver Collins shredding the guitars, Finn Martin slapping the bass and chiming in with backing vocals, and Stephen Ford banging away on drums and percussion are all part of the British rock band from the south of England.
The sixteen-year-olds have been playing more gigs around their local area lately. They've also been dropping original tracks, creating some buzz for themselves all over the UK.
Drawing inspiration from classic UK mod icons like The Jam and The Kinks, as well as politically charged and stylish rock acts such as Manic Street Preachers, Rivera blend sharp lyricism, bold melodies, and a keen sense of identity. Their sound captures the heart of British guitar music while bringing a youthful urgency that feels entirely their own.
These lads are so polite they'd probably apologize if they rocked your socks off! They're definitely a band you'll want to keep on your radar—like, seriously, set an alert or something. With the kind of passion and drive that could power a small city, they're not shy about putting themselves out there. They're the type to politely ask for a helping hand and then charm you into writing a glowing review. Keep an eye on them; they're going places!
Their debut single, “This One’s Gonna Be Different,” was released on September 20th, 2025, marking a confident first step into the spotlight. Their follow-up single, “Gullible,” arrives on November 15th, 2025, continuing to showcase the band’s passion for meaningful songwriting, striking visuals, and a message that resonates with their generation.
As a young, exciting band with a clear vision and growing buzz, Rivera are ready to make their mark on the next wave of British rock. KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED!
